The business of hospitality is dependent on customer service. Kevin Lupkes, General Manager of the AmericInn Lodge and Suites shared information with the CEO students on Thursday, March 7. The AmericInn is one of the local lodging facilities in Wadena. Kevin has observed that in the past 22 years both customer expectations and employee expectations have evolved. Social media has made it possible for an unhappy customer to have an impact.
That is a reality all business people are keenly aware of; something the CEO students will consider as they are running their own individual businesses.
Nicholas, Dawson, and Jayson got to show off the shirts that AmericInn sponsored for the class. The CEO students will have several opportunities to be walking advertisements for the Hub 71, Pizza Ranch, & West Central Telephone, in addition to the AmericInn.
